COURSE OBJECTIVES

Associate the traditional function of transmitting knowledge through the content of the subjects that make up the full curriculum of the course, the training of professionals who are also specialists integrated into the social environment where they will work. The course, through the development of research, integrated to the various fields of knowledge, also intends to be an element of cultural promotion for the entire Espirito Santo society, based on the following principles:

 

  • Prepare professionals with a solid humanistic base, associated with knowledge of modern science and technology and the ability to work in organizations as leaders and participants, using the indispensable interdisciplinarity put into practice throughout the course;

  • Promote the exercise of citizenship through the realization of a pedagogical practice that allows for critical reflection and interference in their environment;

  • Establishing the practice of reflection and continued discussion on the contents worked, which allow the visualization of future scenarios and the preparation to act on them with the ability to equate problems and seek solutions in harmony with social requirements;

  • Develop pedagogical practice based on the democratic principle of methodological and ideological pluralism;

  • Encourage the production of knowledge that makes it possible to provide adequate responses to current social demands with perfect observation of professional ethics;

  • Promote multidisciplinary centers that favor the integration of teaching with research and extension, developing the capacity to prevent and resolve individual and collective conflicts;

  • Promote continuous evaluation techniques that allow eliminating restrictive forces on course development and/or correcting possible distortions.

GRADUATE PROFILE

In general, the profile that you want to form with this project is based on training and ability to understand the scientific, technical, social and economic issues of production and its management, observing gradual levels of the decision-making process, as well as for develop qualitative and adequate management, revealing the assimilation of new information and presenting intellectual flexibility and contextualized adaptability in dealing with different situations, present or emerging, in the various segments of the administrator's field of activity.

 

In the national and world socio-political context, the professional must have a global and pluralist vision, arising from a multidisciplinary training of skills: Technical, Human and Political around the functions of the Administration profession.

Degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Vale do Cricaré (2008), specialization in Teaching in Higher Education from Faculdade Vale do Cricaré (2010), specialization in Business and People Management from Faculdade Vale do Cricaré (2012), Master in Social Management , Education and Regional Development from Faculdade Vale do Cricaré (2017) and majoring in Philosophy at Universidade Santo Amaro – UNISA. He is currently Coordinator of the Administration and Accounting Courses, Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Científica Rumos da inFormação (ISSN 1982-3738), member of the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) and professor at Faculdade Vale do Cricaré – São Mateus/ES.
